Types of Small Group Classes Offered
BOOT CAMP: Using both traditional and non tradition equipment, and a variety of exercises from old school calisthenics to modern HIIT techniques, this class will continuously "shock" your body into losing weight and building muscle. It will get your heart rate elevated, hit every major muscle group, strengthen the core and cool down with some dynamic stretching. All fitness levels welcome as you will work at your own pace and modified movements will be shown.
FULL BODY CARDIO/STRENGTH/TONE: Full body strength, abs/core work, lower body strengthening, cardio intervals...you'll never know exactly what is on the menu for this class but you'll know you'll burn major calories.
YOGA FLOW: A Vinyasa Flow Yoga incorporating asana poses with the breath and movement. This class is designed for the yoga student who has experience with yoga and a more advanced practice.
TABATA: Tabata training is high intensity interval training that consists of 20 seconds of high intensity exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated 8 times for each exercise. For 45 minutes, your heart rate will be up because of the combination of cardio and strength training. This class is sure to blast calories, push you to your full extent and keep all your muscles guessing what is coming next! Bring your water, a towel and a mat.
